The process
How rentals work
No storefront checkout. Productions reserve gear, we confirm availability, and you pick it up or we deliver. Quotes are by the production.
Build a pull list
Browse the catalog and tap + Pull on every piece you want. Your list follows you across the site.
Send it to Sean
Send your list with your shoot dates. We confirm availability and come back with a quote — usually within a business day.
Will-call or delivery
Pick the gear up at the Valencia warehouse or have it delivered to set. Standard rental agreement and W-9 on file.
Shoot & wrap
Dress your set, roll camera, and return it when you wrap. Owner-operated, so you deal with the person who knows the inventory.
Who we are
Owner-operated.
Built piece by piece.
Gold Room Props is a Valencia-based prop house run by owner Sean Ginevan. The inventory is real industrial hardware — the consoles, panels, gauges, cases and lighting that read as authentic on camera — collected and maintained over years of supplying productions across Southern California.
Because it's owner-operated, you talk to the person who actually knows what's on the floor. No call center, no guesswork on what fits your scene. By appointment, with will-call and delivery for the Los Angeles production community.
